If Jennifer isn’t traveling, she’s planning a trip. Mapping out the routes, fantasizing about the views, and drooling over pictures of the food are some of her favorite things. She has one love that is a bit unconventional: “tattourism.” Yes, she gets tattooed at many of the places she visits and has become quite the human art gallery.
For work, Jennifer is an award-winning documentary filmmaker who began her television career over 20 years ago. She has a bachelor’s degree from New York University in social psychology and film and a master’s degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Her producing credits include work for Discovery Channel and History Channel, and she spent almost 12 years at Arkansas PBS, where she produced, directed, wrote, and edited the Emmy-winning feature documentary “Dirt.” She is currently working on a book and a documentary about the relationship that women around the world have with the tattoo art form.
